Project sixlove corp.s purpose is to make a difference in the lives of children, families and our communities by improving their mental and physical health, education and recreational opportunities. Project sixlove corp. (the "corporation) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future tax code. To maximize our impact on our current efforts we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for education and charitablepurposes. At times, per the discretion of the board of directors, we may provide internship or volunteer opportunities which will provide for involvement in said activities and programs in order to have a greater impact for change.
