Gratitude Growth is The Hiped Foundation?s premier 12-week, curriculum-based program designed to be implemented within schools and youth-centered environments. The program focuses on cultivating emotional intelligence and establishing a sustainable culture of gratitude among students. Throughout the current year, the program has directly impacted over 200 students, equipping them with practical tools to improve mental well-being, resilience, and interpersonal relationships. Outcomes are measured through pre- and post- program assessments, demonstrating meaningful improvements across multiple areas of student development. Reported outcomes include: 56.1% increase in daily happiness 84.7% increase in emotional awareness 34.9% decrease in anxiety and stress 66.1% increase in resilience (ability to bounce back from adversity) 56.2% increase in relationship satisfaction 31.6% improvement in sleep quality 81.4% consistent engagement in gratitude practices throughout the program
