Athletes Journey Home is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Athletes recover from traumatic brain injuries (tbi) and other long-term effects of high-impact sports through integrative wellness, research, and education. Our mission is to bridge the gap between athletic performance and mental health recovery by combining neuroscience, functional medicine, and plant-based therapies. We exist to create a safe space for Athletes to heal, share their stories, and access innovative recovery programs that address both mind and body. Our work is vital to the community because it raises awareness about the mental health challenges Athletes face and provides actionable, science-backed resources for lasting recovery.
