The Mentoring Path (TMP) is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Our Mission : TMP provides programs that offer skill-building and life-long Mentoring relationships, building bonds of respect, understanding, and joy between generations. Our trained staff and engaging curriculum will initially serve young men ages 15 to 22 , as they seek independence and understanding of their life missions. Many young men today face challenges because they are not around positive male role models who can help them make wise choices. Mentorship can make a difference for young adults, which is why we choose the late teens as the focus of our efforts. We want to help young men get a good head start on their life and career paths. Every man needs to feel confident that they are a valued member of society.
