O Provide the youth of Toms River and opportunity to participate in an organized recreational Basketball program. The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, literary and educational purposes provided for under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and does note contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise.
