Supporting organization to the state of Washington. The organization operates in support of the state of Washington by carrying out the following activities: (1) to serve as a supporting org described in section 509(a)(3) of the code authorized to benefit, perform the fuctions of, and/or assist in carrying out the purposes of the state of Washington or a political subdivision or agency thereof, including without limitation any county, city, or Public institution of higher education within the state of Washington; (2) to assist in the erection and maintenance of Public buildings, monuments, Facilities, housing, or works; (3) to combat community deterioration and to carrry out neighborhood revitalization and community economic development; (4) to promote social welfare and education through coop programs with gov entities and other community organizations; (5) to undertake activities which lessen the burdens of government; and (6) to carry on other charitable activities allowed by law.
