The purpose for which the corporation is formed is to advance and promote the Civic knowledge and Education of all West Virginians, especially educators and students and to establish, support and conduct programs and activities designed to promote the public's knowledge and understanding of our Nation's founding documents, Civic rights and responsibilities, Civic engagement, citizenship. And the rule of law.
