Our mission is to provide homeless and less fortunate individuals globally with access to health screening and preventative healthcare. The organization ensures vulnerable individuals understand their health risk factors and receive early intervention to prevent serious long-term complications. Provide comprehensive health screening and detailed health history assessments for homeless and less privileged individuals. Collect medical history and data to analyze existing conditions and determine risk factors for diseases such as cardiac, lung, and mental health disorders. Population Served include Homeless and underserved individuals in local, national, and global communities who lack access to basic healthcare. Outcomes that we hope for are the Identification of early health risks, connection to free treatment, and reduction in preventable complications and mortality. Bring healthcare professionals (Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Pharmacists) into underserved communities to intervene.
