To support and encourage educational, charitable, and community projects that promote the economic, social, and Public welfare of the five Grosse pointes and harper woods, its communities, citizens, and visitors, and to enhance the capabilities of the Public Safety departments by ensuring the provision and training of first class, cutting edge law enforcement and security technology.
