Unity Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation Inc

The organization's mission is to provide direct or indirect assistance of individuals and their families who are facing end-of-life care, and who possess little or insufficient means of financial support for the provision of such care. The organization will provide closure and fulfillment at the end of a person's life, which may be accomplished through the support of the organization.
