To unite the owners of land in the Interlachen Community of Multnomah County OR to promote the general welfare of said community and a better acquaintance and closer association between its members to improve and beautify said district by mutual endeavor and cooperation to promote the social intellectual and physical welfare of its members and to maintain roads and parks in the community for benefit of its members. In Fiscal Year 2024 we upgraded playground set at HOA park held numerous social events and invested in maintenance of our privately owned public access road.
