Lane Leaders Association Corp

The purpose of this non-profit corporation is to: 1)promote the common interest of its members and promote the provision of services and products among its members: 2)create and encourage cooperation and business efficiency among and services to its members and to bring its members in contract with each other; 3)exchange information, methods and research among its members; 4)provide for social, scientific, educational and fraternal interests among its members; and 5)develop the mental capacities and business efficiency of its members. Lane Leaders association is devoted to the improvement of the buisness conditions of its members and does not provide particular services for individual persona. It also promotes higher business standards, better business methods and geater interest of the business community, while improving the general business conditions of lane county, Oregon. The purpose is not to engage in a regular business of a kind ordinarily carried on for profit.
