Nami Multnomah

Nami Multnomah is the Multnomah county affiliate for the national alliance on mental illness. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with mental illness and their families through support, education, and advocacy. We aim to provide a platform that allows persons affected by mental illness to have a powerful voice in the local mental health community.Nami Multnomah provides free, peer-led education programs, support groups, and advocacy initiatives that actively support community mental health. We passionately promote improved access to services, increased opportunities for recovery, reduced stigma and discrimination, and increased public understanding of mental illness. We strongly believe in our peer-led services. We know what you are going through and we are here to help.
