The mission of nbspca is to work compassionately with our local community to reduce the number of homeless, abused, and abandoned cats/kittens and improve their quality of life by providing care, rehabilitation and permanent homes. Educating the public in proper animal care with emphasis on the importance of spaying and neutering. We provide donations of food to assist those struggling to feed their pets. No kitties left behind
