The organization's mission is promotion of the common business interests of authorized practioners and teachers of the Feldenkrais method, functional integration, and/or awareness through movement; to promote the professional developent of such persons; to benefit the public by establishing, maintaining, and enforcing standards of practice, professional training, and professional ethics among such persons; and to promote the education and training of those who wish to become authorzed practitioners and teachers of the Feldenkrais method, functional integration and/or awareness through movement.
