The charity operates as a sponsor to donor advised funds.for each fund, the fund will be separately identified by reference to the contributions of specified donor or classes of donors, such that it is distinguishable from those funds that may be pooled anonymously or the general fund of the charity. Upon contribution, the donor cedes all legal title to the contributed funds to the charity, which maintains full discretion and control over the funds in each distinguishable account.
