New Jersey Independent Physician Practice

The organization is organized and shall be operated to for the purpose of promoting and protecting high quality, cost efficient care, furnished to patients in New Jersey in the Independent medical Practice setting, and in promoting the common interests of its members will engage in activities permitted under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"),or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, by way of example and not by way of limitation, the organization will promote the common business interests of Independent medical practices in the state of New Jersey engaged in the provision of health care services, to enhance access to and increase the quality of affordable, intergrated and comptehensive diagnosis and treatment of patients' injuries, illnesses, disorders and diseases through innovation, research and advocacy in the areas of treatment, prevention and education.
