Promote and advance the general welfare and camaraderie of the multi-family Housing industry through education; to advocate and encourage constant improvement of techniques in ownership and management within the apartment industry; to cooperate with other trade associations in all matters relating to the advancement of the entire Housing industry; and to advocate a code of ethics in order to maintain high professional standards and sound business methods among its members for the best interest of the industry and the public pertaining to its members (individuals, firms, organizations, or corporations) located in dekalb, fulton, clayton, or fayette county, Georgia, or such other Georgia counties as the board shall approve from time to time.
