To support property management, resident leadership, community partners and stakeholders in developing and implementing collaborative strategies, programs and services that result in measurable positive outcomes for residents and families in affordable and mixed income housing in the following areas: housing stability, health, employment, education, community engagement and economic mobility, among others, in order to improve their lives and the Communities in which they live.
