This organization is a support organization for the Lambda Chi Alpha student organization at The University of Tennessee in charge of maintenance and remodeling of the property located at 1848 Fraternity Park Dr Knoxville TN 37916 All maiintanence and changes made to the property are conducted under guidance from the University of Tennessee The property correct houses 43 students attending the university and provided study dining and meeting areas for over 175 students
