Oregon Outreach Clinic

The Oregon Outreach Clinic has a mission of helping families realize health and stability by providing access to evidence-based behavioral health care. Our vision is to bring services to parents and families in their environments, breaking barriers to treatment access and increasing the potential for sustained outcomes. The Oregon Outreach Clinic will provide services to all eligible individuals insured with the Oregon health plan. Key treatment groups include parents and families living in lane or douglas counties who are involved with or at risk of involvement with the child welfare or self- sufficiency systems.
