Impact Pasadena

The mission of leadership Pasadena is to equip and connect diverse leaders and organizations who are committed to engage and influence our community and businesses in extraordinary ways. We accomplish this mission by:1) operating an 18-month leadership development program called, Impact Pasadena, which provides personal and professional leadership development as well as educational opportunities to learn how our community functions and to help identify areas of need. 2) providing educational events and roundtables to further the education around leadership skills and resources3) providing a mentorship program 4) creating and facilitating new and additonal leadership programs to strengthen the community and provide stability5) seek populations which many not easily have access to leadership development educatoin and provide opportunities for training, mentorshp and engagement in effort to elevate job opportunities as well as provide awareness of need in our community
