Highland Park Peace Project

Highland Park Peace Project (the "corporation") is organized exclusively for thecharitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenuecode. Specifically, but not exclusively, this corporation is organized for thecharitable educational purposes of advancing education related to the prevention ofgun violence through the deterrence of sales and distribution of automatic andsemi-automatic military style assault weapons and high-capacity magazines to thecivilian people. Additionally, this corporation is organized to engage in any lawfulact or activity including dealing in and with real estate and personal property, inconnection with the pursuance of the above stated charitable purposes.
