Blue Ala Wai Canal foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the Ala Wai Canal in waikiki, hawaii. Our mission is to lead a community-driven effort focused on the comprehensive cleanup, rejuvenation, and implementation of an essential flood control solution for the Canal. By ensuring its long-term health and fostering a sustainable and thriving ecosystem, we aim to protect the local community from the impacts of flooding. Through strategic collaborations, innovative projects, and proactive advocacy, we strive to address pollution, waste, and environmental challenges that jeopardize the Canal's ecological balance while concurrently implementing flood control measures.
