Connection Sphere

The art communication services at three long-term care facilities in Southern and rural Nevada - In response to the FY2024 annual analysis and evaluation 7 1 2023 to 6 30 2024 the FY25 Connection Sphere activities were prioritized to achieve the below objectives. A total of 36 K-12 students participated in the art communication services at three long-term care facilities in Southern and rural Nevada. Through these activities we saw a meaningful change in the loneliness levels of the residents we served and the participating K-12 students testified their career goals and pathway to pursue healthcare academia and career and to retain them in the community.
