WINGZ of hope is designed to house young women age 18-24 who have aged out of foster and or are homeless. We aim to provide them not only housing but also access to other resoureces to education, work and job training, medical and mental health care, financial literacy and life skills training, as well as community intergration. Since its incorporation the organzation has participated in two back to school events, resource and pop ups events in the community, hosted a soft opening event, a fundraiser dinner, and acquired its first home in november. We are also partnered with the turning point, as well as other organizations and agencies in our community and state to help those who enter our program. WINGZ also hosted its grand opening event in february 2025 and we are currently in the process of becoming partners with the arkansas food bank. We have not had any enrolled into the program although we have had 6 women request applications from referrals.
