Yosh Uchida Legacy foundation (YULF) is a charitable and educational amateur sports organization focused on promoting education, combatting juvenile delinquency, and fostering national or international amateur sports competition.in the Fiscal Year ending june 30, 2025, YULF reaffirmed and updated its mission and vision to better reflect its purpose and future direction. YULF exists to use judo as a tool to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves. This revised framing emphasizes judo's role in developing character, discipline, and lifelong growth through education, training, and mentorship. Our updated mission underscores support for athletes in their pursuit of both academic and athletic excellence, with a special focus on youth development and the advancement of women in judo.
