The organization is formed as a charitable organization under 501(c)(3) for the sole purpose of being a supporting organization described in 509(a)(3) in support of Nevada Health Clinic, inc. the purposes of the organization are limited to supporting Nevada Health Clinic, inc. and the organization shall refrain from engaging in activities unrelated to advance these objectives.
