The organizations primary purpose is the serve as the parent company of an integrated behavioral Health care delivery system, which system includes Silver Hill hospital, inc, , a connecticut nonstock corporation ("SHH"), and freedom institute inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation ("freedom"), and such other Health care organizations as may become affiliates of the system from time to time (collectively, the "system members").
