HCFAA is a community- driven force dedicated to uniting residents, businesses, and public and non-profit organizations across Howard County. The mission is to build a future where every resident within the County can Access nutritious food through collaboration, education, and empowerment, striving to do this by creating a robust network of support and resources that ensures food equity, sustainability, and well-being for all.
