The organization exists to serve as a type 1 supporting organization to Joanna Ruth Bell Foundation an England Charitable Incorporated Organization to assist the supported organization by helping to raise funds to promote the advancement of medical research of Neurofibromatosis NF and NF-related diseases to assist the supported organization in the education of the public and spreading awareness on NF and NF-related diseases and to assist the Supported Organization by financially assisting patients and their families whom are suffering from NF and NF-related diseases. The organization was formed to honor Joanna Ruth Bells memory by advancing three objectives including fund research into treatments and therapeutics for diseases related to NF with specific focus on NF type 1 NF1 advocate for and connect NF1 patients and families across a global network and connect individuals who represent the spirit of Joannas selflessness and dedication to the greater good.
