SONGS on the Frio Inc

SONGS on the Frio, Inc. (SONGS) was organized for the charitable purposes of (I) presenting a music festival, including musical performances and songwriting workshops in the Frio River area of Texas, (ii) educating attendees and less experienced performers by providing opportunities to study and perform, (iii) developing music education and outreach programs for the community of Leakey, Texas and for festival attendees, (iv) fostering mutual understanding, respect, and community harmony through music, and (v) supporting other charitable organizations in the Leakey, Texas area by contributing certain net proceeds from the music festival to support other charitable organizations in the community of Leakey, Texas.
