To operate as a non-profit organization in the United States, in partnership with the Israel association of Baseball, an Israeli non-profit organization focused on developing and promoting the game of Baseball in the state of Israel, in order (I) to give Israeli Baseball and the Israel association of Baseball more visibility and support in the United States and abroad, including joint fundraising activities, (ii) to provide the American Jewish community a common outlet for their interest in Israel Baseball, and (iii) to thereby foster camaraderie, friendship and a spirit of mutual cooperation and shared cultural ethos between Jewish communities within the United States and the state of Israel by focusing on their common interest in and love of the game of Baseball, (b) to provide support to the Israel national team program, and (c) to act as community organizers to help Jewish and non-jewish people in professional and amateur Baseball to come together
