The purposes of the corporation include, but are not limited to, providing access to quality and affordable mental health care with a focus on serving underserved and rural communites. Working as a non-profit organization will lower the cost of care and allow funds to be appropriated to individuals who cannot afford care due to lack of insurance or being underinsured. The services will benefit the community by decreasing the morbidity and mortality in the area as well as lower the associted monetary cost related to mental health and substance use disorders.
