The objective of this Corporation is to establish organized amateur baseball with ultimate objectives ofsocial, physical, mental, and moral development of boys aged 10-12 years. A program of friendlycompetition with the goal of educating players about sportsmanship, teamwork, fellowship, courtesy,discipline, and integrity will be established.
