The Foundation administers four scholarship programs, by which it provides financial and a suite of additional supports to students pursuing postsecondary education. Programs target single parents (Ford Opportunity), high-performing community college students preparing to transfer to a 4-year institution (Ford Transfer), and graduating high school seniors who otherwise would find it impossible, or at least very difficult, to obtain a college degree (Ford Scholars) in Oregon and Siskiyou County, California, as well as dependents of Roseburg Forest Products employees throughout the country (Ford Sons & Daughters). In addition to financial assistance, the Foundation supports student through 5 dedicated FTE providing licensed counseling services, conferences and events, and professional and personal development opportunities.
