The Mission of this Local Union is to secure just compensation for its members and ensure fair and equal representation of their grievances; to promote a safe and healthy working environment for its members; to promote the establishment of just and reasonable working conditions; to maintain and improve retirement security; to cultivate friendship and fellowship among its members. When members place an issue before this Local Union for action, they should endeavor to bring only issues that are consistent with these objectives.
