To promote economic progress and quality of life in the Woodland community and to foster a climate in which Commerce, industry & agriculture will flourish. To provide the opportunity to be directly involved in efforts to improve the business, cultural, and civil wellbeing of Woodland as well as create business leadership. In addition, to stimulate activities which provide for the full employment of human and economic resources.
