Cbia is a nonprofit, multi-faceted government affairs action association representing a federation of nine local building industry associations. Cbia serves its members and local associations as it advocates and promotes their statewide common interests, legislation, and policies which enable its members to build homes and communities for the people of California.cbia operates PCBC, the premier building show, an annual exhibition, trade show, and education program to promote interest in the home building and light construction industries.
