The primary and specific purpose for which this corporation isformed is to organize, maintain, and operate recreational facilities in st. franciswood, San Francisco, California, and to erect, construct, purchase, improve andrepair recreational facilities of a temporary and removable nature in st. franciswood, San Francisco, California, for the benefit of the surrounding community.the general purposes of operating recreational facilities are to provide instructionand training relating to physical education, to lessen neighborhood tensions, andto combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.
