The PRA helps support guided walks, evening talks in the Coe Ranch visitor center, and the state park's Uniformed Volunteer training program. It sponsors the annual Mother's Day Breakfast, the fall Tarantula Fest, Backcountry Weekend, and many other park events. The PRA funds academic research projects which are in the interest of Coe Park, maintenance projects, such as springs maintenance, historic refurb projects, like the cattle chute rebuild, trail maintenance, and funds and maintains this CoePark.net website. The PRA supplies the public with free educational leaflets and publishes books and maps that are sold in the PRA bookstore at the park. Proceeds from these sales, donations and PRA membership fees are the sole source of funding for all these programs and projects.
