PAPOA is a labor organization promotes the interests of its members through collective bargaining process to secure better working conditions, wages and benefits. Membership dues are paid to cover the costs of long term disability, legal fees/cost of counsel, family bereavement/health issues and support the local communities through donation and participate in charity events.
