To promote the general welfare and development of residents of, and persons and groups residing in Northern California, specifically low income and disabled senior citizens, underserved youth, community outreach for mentoring programs and resources for disadvantaged groups as they attempt to educate themselves, obtain housing, health benefits and employment.
