San Joaquin General Hospital Auxiliary

The principal purpose of the San Joaquin General Hospital Auxiliary is to provide direct and indirect support of the activities and programs of San Joaquin General Hospital. The Hospital is the principal direct beneficiary of support from the Auxiliary. Operating the gift shop provides a place for thousands of patients and visitors to purchase sundries and gifts for the patients which greatly improves their morale and spirits. In addition, amounts are expended on patient hospitality and gifts, including baby t-shirts. As such, the Auxiliary adds greatly to the morale of patients and to the General atmosphere of the Hospital itself.
