To provide, promote or assist in the provision of, Housing for low and very low income families and elderly persons, or for families and elderly persons displaced from urban renewal areas, or as a result of government action, or a major disaster where no adequate Housing exists for such groups. To serve as a general partner (either directly or as a member in a limited liability company) in limited partnerships, and serve as a member in and/or manager of limited liability companies, which will develop, own and operate for low income and very low income persons and households who are in need of affordable, decent, safe and sanitary Housing and related services. To promote economic development for the benefit of low income and very low income persons in economically disadvantaged areas.
