ECR

Ecr was formed to raise the economic, educational and social levels of the chicano/Latino and low-income communities of south Seattle, king county and the state of Washington. Ecr fosters and promotes community-wide interest and concern for the problems that exist within these communities with the goal of expanding educational and economic opportunities; lessening sickness, poverty, crime and environmental degradation; and the elimination of racial tensions, prejudice and discrimination.
