Lane Community College Education Association

Lane Community College Education Association is the union that represents 200 full-time and 375 part-time faculty members at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. LCCEA is an affiliated unit of the Oregon Education Association (OEA) and the National Education Association (NEA). Membership includes full-time and part-time teaching faculty, counselors, and librarians. LCCEA Mission Statement: LCCEA engages in collective action to ensure an equitable learning and working environment and advocates for social justice and systemic change for the public good.
