Sheriff Deputy Sergeant Association

The Sheriff Deputy Sergeant association is the collective bargaining unit for san joaquin county Deputy sergeants. The association negotiates the memorandum of understanding with the san joaquin county labor division and works to secure better working conditions, wages, and similar benefits for its members. In addition, the association represents members with employment and working condition grievances before the san joaquin county labor relations division. The association also provides support to various exempt orhganizations and actively supports the san joauqin county s.t.a.r.s (Sheriff's team of active retired seniors). A voluntary organization of concerned citizens who assist aith community outreach and issues.
