10th District Junior Livestock Auction Committee Inc

The specific purpose of this corporation shall be to support the mission of the 10th District Agricultural Association: (a) the operation of an annual Junior Livestock Auction in the County of Siskiyou for the educational benefit of the young people involved in Future Farmers of America, 4-H, Grange and youth independent exhibitor programs in Siskiyou County; (b) make the Siskiyou Golden Fair a more community, cultural and educational asset; (c) provide a vehicle for the 10th District Agricultural Association to become more entrepreneurial in nature by increasing revenues from non-traditional sources; and (d) to carry on other charitable/educational activities associated with these goals as allowed by law.
