To promote the general welfare and economic developement of low income families residing at misson Plaza and the surrounding community by: 1) ensuring Mission Plaza is operated and maintained as a decent, safe and affordable housing for low income families, 2)serving as the managing general partner of the limited partnership that that owns Mission Plaza and to fulfill all the responsibilities as managing general partner of the limited partnership
